📋 Short version: This tool is licensed for use only by authorized Mission BBQ locations. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited. The tool is provided as-is for internal operational use.
By accessing or using the Mission BBQ Nightly Protein Tracker ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Tool. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Orlando Photoworks, LLC, doing business as Hartig Labs ("Hartig Labs," "we," "us," or "our").
Hartig Labs grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tool strictly for internal restaurant operations at authorized Mission BBQ locations. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with these Terms.

This Tool is proprietary software developed by Hartig Labs and licensed exclusively to specific Mission BBQ locations under a separate licensing agreement. If you are accessing this Tool without authorization from Hartig Labs, you are not permitted to use it and must cease use immediately.
Mission BBQ locations, franchisees, or regional operators interested in licensing this Tool for their store(s) should contact us at hello@hartiglabs.com to discuss licensing terms.
The Tool, including its design, code, functionality, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Orlando Photoworks, LLC d/b/a Hartig Labs. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The Mission BBQ name, logo, and branding are trademarks of their respective owners. Hartig Labs claims no ownership over Mission BBQ's intellectual property. This Tool is an independently developed operational utility and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mission BBQ or its parent company.
The Tool's photo scan feature uses the Google Gemini API. Your use of the scan feature is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Hartig Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hartig Labs makes no warranty that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI scan feature will accurately read every paper form in every lighting condition.
All calculated totals should be reviewed by the user before being used for operational decisions. Hartig Labs is not responsible for inventory discrepancies arising from incorrect data entry or misread values.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hartig Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Tool, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or operational disruption.
In no event shall Hartig Labs' total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Tool in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orlando Photoworks, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Tool, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Hartig Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any operational reason. Upon termination, your license to use the Tool immediately ceases.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Hartig Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you represent a Mission BBQ location or franchise group interested in licensing this Tool for your operation, we welcome that conversation. Licensing includes a fully deployed, branded instance of the tracker with your own API key, ongoing support, and future updates.
